Deborah grew up as the only girl in a family of four kids. She learned to sew from her mother who sewed for people as an extra income. Deborah took to the craft quite easily, and when she was blessed with her own two daughters, she took it to a whole new level.
Courtney and Chelsea (along with their cousin, Brooke) didn't do without handmade coordinating outfits for almost every event. Deborah also kept the girls supplied with costumes for school/church plays, cute bags for school and dance, adorable stockings for Christmas, and anything else two frilly girls might need.
With over 30 years of sewing experience, Deborah joins the "team" as the expert. Between her and Chelsea, there may not be a question they can't answer. Now that her girls are grown and gone, Deborah finds herself always in a project for her grandkids. When the eldest, Clinton, was born, she wasted no time making the most adorable crib bedding for a "cowboy" nursery and has been up to her elbows in projects since then. With the arrival of baby #3, she has her hands full!
Deborah lives in the great unknown of west Texas with her husband Clint. They spend much of their time working on their house and traveling between Dallas and Nashville to see their kids and grandkids.
